Test, Train and Assess the Vertical Jump for Volleyball Performance

Volleyball coaches will learn about vertical jump testing and the training process as it impacts the development of volleyball athletes. There will be specific discussion on basic jumping tests and more advanced testing using dual force plate technology. Both examples will also provide a demonstration of analysis on the testing performed so coaches can understand how to extract relevant information that better informs the training process.

Tracking the Ball in Serve Receive

This webinar will provide insight on how to train athletes to have a better understanding of "tracking" the ball with their eyes in serve receive. The seminar will focus on the importance of tracking ball off server's hand to help athlete determine first movement, with a focus on forward movement and drop step.
