This is a 2 day event hosted and run by the JVA. Teams of any affiliation can play and will be insured. AAU, USAV and JVA teams are all welcome! This event features 500 teams from the Midwest, Mideast and Mid-South. We insure a high quality event, and a great experience for the participants.

Participate in the Dig Pink® Dig-A-Thon

JVA SummerFest is proud to be an official Dig Pink® Dig-A-Thon location in support of The Side-Out Foundation's stage IV breast cancer research. The Dig-A-Thon is a season-long initiative uniting volleyball teams to accomplish 150,000 digs in honor of the 150,000 individuals living with stage IV breast cancer.

The National Volleyball Association will play 6 scheduled matches of professional men's teams competing during JVA SummerFest. The athletes look forward to engaging with the fans and teams and are available for autographs, photo opportunities, and to answer questions for aspiring youth.

Beyond the Ball: Presentation for Athletes, Parents and Coaches

Athletes, parents and coaches are invited to “Beyond the Ball," a collective approach to creating the most conducive learning environment for everyone involved in organized sports. This free seminar is presented by Kevin Brylski, a personal trainer, life coach, motivational speaker, and Sports Organization Trainer.

Ohio Concussion Requirements

The state of Ohio requires that all coaches and officials must show proof of having completed an approved training course prior to working at competitions. JVA is requiring that all coaches working at JVA Rock n Rumble complete a free 30 minute online training course and show their certificate of completion at team check-in. Lindsay's Law

The state of Ohio has developed guidelines and materials to inform and educate youth athletes participating in an athletic activity, their parents, and their coaches about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.

All club directors will need to turn in a signed SUDDEN CARDIAC AWARENESS TRAINING VERIFICATION FORM prior to the event or at Team Check-In.
